Reservation Policy
24 hrs Check Out, Reservation will be guaranteed until 2 hours from the Check in time as mentioned unless late arrival is indicated.

Cancellation Policy
Reservations up to 5 rooms must be cancelled 7 days prior to the scheduled check in date and Reservations more than 5 rooms must be cancelled 30 days prior to the scheduled check in date, failing which retention charges equivalent to one day's room rent plus taxes will be levied.

Smoking Policy
As per Government legislation, smoking is prohibited in all parts of the resort except in designated guest rooms where smoking is permitted. Should you require a smoking room, we will accommodate you in our designated smoking rooms.
